We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive and provided us with top-notch service. The room had a beautiful view and the private open-air onsen was a real treat. The hotel even surprised my wife with a birthday gift, which was such a thoughtful gesture. And let's not forget about the food! The chef and his team prepared a feast that was absolutely delightful. We left feeling completely satisfied and grateful for such a culinary experience.

We loved the fact that we could enjoy the hot spring water with just our group, making it a more intimate experience. the meals offered were delicious and beautifully presented. We were thrilled to try the local Japanese cuisine, and the quality of the dishes exceeded our expectations. Lastly, the hotel's convenient location near the train station made it easy to explore the city.

The language barrier between staff and non-Japanese speaking guests was a major issue. It was difficult to communicate basic inquiries, and we felt that the service suffered as a result.

We enjoyed our Easter break at a hotel with a cozy feel, clean rooms, and friendly staff who offered free hotel transfers. the public onsen was a great experience with free drinks and ice lollipops. We appreciated the location of the hotel, which was only a two-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions.

The language barrier was an issue as the staff could not speak English, and it was challenging to communicate about the shuttle service and food options. the lack of written information in English made it difficult to fully understand the options available.
